Some of our work becomes products of our own. Some starts with a specific problem worth solving. We care more about making technology useful than fitting everything into one category.

We are exploring practical uses of AI in products, automation and information-heavy workflows. The goal is not to add “AI” everywhere — it is to use it where it materially improves what people can do.

Why PIQIU exists
A lot of software starts with a market category. Ours usually starts with an annoyance.
A device that should talk to another device but doesn't. A terminal task repeated too many times. Software that needs to be distributed without handing over everything inside it. A document that takes longer to format than it should.
Those problems are very different, and that is fine.
PIQIU exists to turn problems like these into working technology — sometimes a product, sometimes an AI-assisted workflow, sometimes a piece of engineering done for a specific need.
